5 Steps to Success Using Homemade Subliminal Messages

Using subliminal messages is easy and can have a profound impact on your life. Although many people only hear how these kinds of subconscious commands are used in advertising, i.e. subliminal messages, they can be used very successfully for self-improvement purposes.

Below are 5 tips you can follow to make your own subliminal messages that are specifically tailored to you and your unique situation and personal goals. Although you can use subliminal messaging software, this is an inexpensive alternative that you can put to work right away.

Just follow the five steps:

1. Set a goal.

Before attempting to use any tool, tactic, or resource, you should know what you are using it for and what it intends to do. This may sound elementary and a bit condescending, but the reason for failure in using any self-improvement tool is the lack of a direct approach and the lack of a concrete and defined goal.

Know what you want to achieve and then make it a goal. As an example we will use a new car.

2. A picture is worth a thousand words.

In the subliminal messages that advertise videos on YouTube, you can clearly see that the images are used to “sell” a product to a potential customer and connect them with a certain emotion or desire. When you do your subliminal messages you should do the same.

Create a desirable image. Cut out the car you want from a magazine and stick a picture of yourself on it. Make a few small copies and paste them in places you don’t normally look at but happen to do every day. Like the side of the fridge or under a mirror.

Stick with a big one; later you will find out why.

3. Hidden commands.

A subliminal message is a hidden command used to direct your subconscious mind. So, somewhere in the big picture you left out in step 2, write a statement of intent like “my car” in our example. You will use a sentence that summarizes your objective.

You should also write small statements like “I have a…….(your goal)”. In our example, it might be “I have a 2010 GTI White Golf Hatchback, with 17-inch alloy wheels and a high-end stereo system.”

4. Make a movie.

Use Windows Movie Maker to create a short collage of images with affirmations indicating that you already own the car of your dreams. Watch this movie for about 10 minutes every day to reinforce your other work.

5. Flash in stock.

Get yourself a small push-button flash light and place it next to your bed within easy reach.

On a wall opposite where you sleep, but facing you, place your photo with the affirmation you made in step 3.

Set your alarm clock to wake you up in the middle of the night. When the alarm sounds, quickly sit up in bed and point the flashlight at the image, turning it on only briefly. That is, press the on/off button quickly while aiming the flashlight at the image.

Do this twice. Then go back to sleep.

Follow this simple plan and you will condition your subconscious mind to take your target quickly.
