Cash Nickerson reveals compelling data on employee aging in the workplace in published books

Cash Nickerson, a renowned expert on workplace aging trends, has an interesting perspective on this sector of the workplace. In his second book, BOOMERangs, Nickersons begins by addressing the two biggest challenges facing today’s global workforce: global warming and global aging.
