Little-known technique called “sexual imagination” to postpone ejaculation

As you sit there, create your erotic fantasy as if it were a complete movie with a beginning, middle, and end, with yourself as the main character. As you progress through the fantasy, notice your heightened arousal and how it affects both your mind and body. You can touch yourself, but don’t do it too aggressively.

Try to visualize this fantasy to make it as real as possible. As you fully engage in this fantasy and witness the intensity of your arousal without ejaculating, you are at the same time training your mental capacity to prolong your sexual experience. Actually, see yourself surpassing the moment when you would normally climax in reality.

Try doing this exercise in sexual imagination for as long as you want to last longer in bed.
