I used to visit my acupuncturist every two weeks, but with my hectic schedule at work, I could no longer insert the time to visit him. I bought the product to see if it can be a good alternative to visiting the acupuncturist.
Electroacupuncture is the new term for this device. It does not use needles. In exchange for the needles, it has a pointed part that can detect acupuncture points and stimulate that point. When you turn on the device and let the sensing probe slide gently across your palm, the device will locate pressure points. It will blink when it has detected one. All you need to do is stimulate that point using the same pointed probe.
Is it better than my acupuncturist? No. My acupuncturist is the best. But it is the second best. I love being able to do acupuncture anytime I want. I love the feeling when I stimulate the pressure points that the device has detected. I love that it is useful and that it somehow makes me feel more relaxed.
When it comes to treating aches and pains, my acupuncture session with my acupuncturist is effective, but I find that this digital acupuncture device can improve minor stresses and pains in my body.
