Traveling with Children – 5 Tips

Are you traveling with children on a long-awaited vacation? With the purpose of
make them happy and excited, include them in your vacation planning.

Once the destination is chosen, have the children help plan some of the activities.

Plan your trip around parks or bathroom areas so children can get out and be

leave for you to be in that area during that period of time. Also, think about
traffic. If you have to sit in rush hour traffic, kids get nervous.
Make sure you pass through a major city outside of business hours.

  • Q – This is an inexpensive store-bought game or can be played with two or more people without the electronic version. This is where someone thinks of something and the other person has to ask questions to help find clues to the answer.

This includes buckets, shovels, boats, forms to build castles, floats,
boogie boards, goggles, snorkel gear. If you go by car, a lot of this
can be carried with you. If you are flying, you may have to buy it there or
bring just a couple of things.

Don’t forget to bring things to keep baby busy like rattles, squeakers
toys, mirrors, things they can chew on, etc.

Once you’re there, immediately find something to do to make the kids feel at ease.
