If you focus too much attention on new people, you won’t have time to be productive in your business, but if you don’t put enough energy into them, they’ll never get the details of the business and will quit before you start. Most of your training should revolve around proven methods of sponsoring new distributors, as that is the lifeblood of your entire Agel business.

3. Focus only one percent of your attention on details and outsource as much as you can to qualified people. This is one of the most important things that leaders at Agel do. They stay focused on production by letting the business and customer support team handle the details. The only way to stay focused on building a business is to outsource the details to others.
