Weight Loss Blitzkrieg! Look at the moth!

An illustration of weight loss…

Scientific studies on the life and life cycles of the insect called the moth are astounding. The life cycle is really interesting. The body of the moth larva grows into a caterpillar-like body. The time for change has come.

The caterpillar spins its cocoon around itself and seals itself inside. The formed cocoon contains a tightly coiled inner cocoon. These incredible cocoon structures can protect their inhabitants in temperatures as low as -30 degrees Fahrenheit. While in the cocoon, its body transforms into a flying moth insect.

That’s very interesting, but what does that have to do with weight loss?

Let’s keep watching. The moth, upon reaching maturity inside the cocoon, develops a small hole in the bottom of the cocoon. Through this small hole, the moth must leave its cocoon chamber to enter the world of flight.

The extraction process is vigorous with the moth pushing, pulling, etc. This process requires a considerable amount of time and effort to finally break out of the cocoon habitat. However, the effort is worth it because now the moth is able to fly.

How did that happen?

As it struggled to get out of the cocoon, some bodily fluid was forced onto the wings. Wings filled with this special fluid soon become stiff and ready to fly.

If the moth did not have to squeeze its wings it would not be able to fly. The result then is the tremendous effort required to fly.

Weight loss can be compared to the enormous effort expended by the moth struggling to get out of its cocoon. Look at the benefits of that fight.

If we cut fat and salt out of our food we would be out of business.

So it goes. Fast foods and processed foods are easy to eat and prepare. They also taste good on the palate. As a result, we devour these foods every day.

Are they good for you? NO!

I saw a lady in a McDonalds one day. She obviously was overweight to the point of being obese. That kind of person is in a rut. He will need to change his attitude if he really wants to lose weight. She addresses the main health problems.
