Effective visualization with the Visioneering technique

Most people are probably familiar with visualization techniques, but the problem is that they give up too easily, and usually for two reasons. The first reason is because the old you comes up with excuses and reasons why you shouldn’t do it and the second reason is because you may not have been doing it right in the first place and therefore haven’t seen any positive improvement. in your life. The next technique that I am going to share with you is a very effective visualization technique, but it is up to you to do the work and use it.

Before I tell you about the three steps of the visioning process, I’ll give you a little advice. Give yourself 5 minutes a day to do your vision exercise. Spend those five minutes solely on the visioning process and you will see the results in your life. Imagine how much time you spend in front of the TV or in some other habit that doesn’t really serve you. Take the time to do that, to give yourself time for this.

Here are the 3 steps.

Step One: Induce the Alpha Brainwave State

Find a comfortable position and close your eyes and, with your eyes closed, roll them slightly upward as if you were trying to see the center of your forehead. Then start breathing by taking deep breaths and then let them out slowly. Focus your full attention on breathing in and out and feel yourself relax. Do that 5 times and after 45 seconds your brain will have reached the alpha state where you can implant new beliefs and commands into your subconscious mind.

Step Two – Choose an image of a moment when you are extremely happy

Go back to your past and choose a memory of a time when you felt extreme joy and happiness. It can be the first time you fell in love or the moment you graduated from college, and relive that moment and the emotion you felt then. Get in touch with the feeling again because then you can anchor that feeling to your future goal. This is what makes this such an effective visualization technique because calling up a genuine feeling from the past and anchoring it to a future goal will trick the subconscious mind into thinking it is reality. This will cause the subconscious mind to do everything in its power to bring you that goal.

Step Three – Visualize the Future Goal You Want to Achieve

Finally, visualize the future goal you want to achieve as vividly as possible. If you’re a salesperson, imagine closing the sale, or if you want a new car, imagine driving home from work. Add all the senses of touch, taste, smell, hearing and sight as much as you can and at the same time try to move your body the same way your body moves within vision. If you look around your new office in your vision, nod your head in the real world as well.

These three steps, when done for 5 minutes every day, are a very effective visualization technique, but you have to push yourself, which means every day for at least a couple of weeks. You will begin to see opportunities and feel your intuition pushing you in the right direction to achieve your goal if you do this visualization correctly.
