When you find out that your husband is cheating on you or looking for a relationship with another woman, a feeling of anguish can immediately well up within you.
There are many shades and styles of affairs, including:

Please note that as of this writing, these laws only applied in the states of North Carolina, Mississippi, New Mexico, South Dakota, Utah, Hawaii, and Illinois.
2. However, the legal route is probably not the most effective:
Even in those few states where alienation of affection laws are on the books, these laws are not invoked very often, making their application potentially impractical in many adultery cases.
3. Consider calling her or sending her a letter to let her know you know what’s going on:
Another option that may be easier on everyone involved and could help you move on with your life more quickly: Contact the other woman by visiting, calling, or sending a letter. Let her know that you are aware of what she is doing and that you would like her to get away from her husband forever.
However, one potential downside to this option is that if you somehow have incorrect information and she is not having an affair with her husband, you could be exposing yourself to a personal harassment charge. Not only that, but there’s this to consider: You don’t really know who this woman is. Yet another approach you could try is to politely schedule a meeting with the woman (as long as you’re sure you have the facts correct – see point 3 above) and simply ask her to stop seeing you. Appeal to the good side of her by expressing how much damage she is causing to your family.
5. Your best point of influence is your husband:
There is a downside to all of the above solutions, even when they are successful: getting the other woman to stop cheating on you with your husband does not solve the root of the problem, which is this fact: your husband made a conscious decision to cheat on you. By only addressing the other woman’s role in the situation, what’s stopping you from doing it over and over again? She must work with her husband to end not only this affair, but also her desire to participate in future adventures.
