Yeast removal: toxins leave your system in the form of rashes

If you have all the classic candida symptoms, the rashes could be the form of toxins making their way out of your system as the yeast dies. The yeast produces toxins as its waste product and enters the blood stream and causes things like joint and muscle pain, cloudy head, headaches, memory loss, etc. It is an ingredient that, when processed by the liver to eliminate it from the blood, becomes a kind of alcohol. Then, you will have a cloudy head and lose your memory as if you were drunk.

As the yeast begins to die, it releases toxins that, if it has been in the fungal stage, are released into the bloodstream. It’s possible, I guess, that you’re having an extinction reaction as toxins spread throughout the body at this stage to kill it. Another thing I recently read is that as the yeast starve for their diet of sugar and carbs and start to die off, it actually feeds on the dead yeast cells as they die. The book I read this in said that it is important to continue cleansing with psyllium (Metamucil type fiber products) or another high fiber supplement along with a high fiber diet.

My nephew, who had perfectly clear skin, broke out in an acne-type rash the first two weeks after he died of his yeast after he started the low-carb, sugar-free diet with the addition of vitamins, lemon juice, and garlic tablets as a yeast killer. After the first two weeks, his skin is completely clear again. I think each person will react differently to the death of the yeast.
