Mr Olympia Bodybuilding Contest: Jay Cutler’s Diet and Workouts for Bodybuilding

The Mr. Olympia bodybuilding competition is the most famous bodybuilding competition and Jay Cutler is a two-time champion. To get your body back, you need to combine a healthy and nutritious diet, an effective exercise regimen, and some supplements.

Your training regimen:

Jay Cutler starts his training regimen by doing some cardio exercises like running, swimming, cycling, etc. He does this outside or within the confines of his house using a treadmill. Cardio workouts are known to increase your body’s metabolism and this burns fat in the process. After that, he moves on to bodyweight exercises like squats, sit-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and dips. Once that’s done, he goes to his final workout session which includes weight training exercises like barbell squats, bench presses, dumbbell flyes and side pull-ups. According to him, resting a little between each training session is mandatory.

Your diet:

Being the great person that he is, Jay Cutler is known to take in around 2800-3000 calories per day. His diet is a combination of high-fiber foods, such as vegetables and fruits, and high-protein foods, such as oatmeal, egg whites, fish, and soy-based products.

Bodybuilders never eat 3-4 big meals a day; instead, have six to eight small meals a day, as this helps increase your body’s metabolism. Jay Cutler also has protein supplements included in his diet regimen so that he can maintain consistent energy levels.

To do many of the exercises and workouts like Jay Cutler, you need extra strength and endurance. Nitric oxide supplements provide exactly what you need by getting your heart to pump more blood to your body. This, in turn, gives the muscle cells a new lease on life thanks to the increased flow of oxygen and water in the blood. All of this helps in building muscle. Nitric oxide is also known to heal wounds and pain faster, prevent life-threatening diseases such as diabetes, stroke, cancer, etc., reduce signs of aging and rejuvenate the immune system.
