The real estate industry has never been as complex as it is today. I believe that with everything that is happening in today’s market, buyers and sellers should consider a Realtor. Do you say why? Well this is what I think …….
When buying a home:
1. A real estate agent can represent you and choose to do so at no cost. Country seller them.
2. A real estate agent can do a market analysis to make sure you are not paying too much for the property.
3. A real estate agent can help you make your offer so you don’t forget to ask for things like a home warranty, a home inspection, or a professional cleaning of your home before closing. (just to list a few)
4. A real estate agent can help you connect with a few lenders so you can decide what you qualify for and which financial institution you want to use.
5. They can drive you using their gas (laughs) to help you find the perfect home for you. They have access to all the houses listed by all the other real estate agents in the city. (usually)
These are just a few things that might help, but using a real estate agent to buy a home is a no-brainer. Interview a few or ask friends for recommendations and choose the one that best suits you and your family.
When selling a house:
1. A real estate agent can do a market analysis and tell you what the price of your home should be.
2. A real estate agent can help you with what you need to do to prepare your home for the market.
3. A real estate agent can market your home on local and state MLS, making it available to hundreds of real estate agents at once.
4. A real estate agent can also market your home on various print ads and online websites that are searched around the world. A real estate agent incurs all of the advertising costs up front.
5. A real estate agent can help you negotiate an offer on your home so that you can make the best decisions for you and your family.
6. A real estate agent can get you to the closing table with minimal work for you!
I believe in prayer, so I think you should pray about which real estate agent to use, but I think if you don’t have any real estate experience, use a real estate agent! God bless you!
