Do we decide before reincarnating when we will die?
We decide our whole life before reincarnating, but once we re-enter the physical realm, we have the opportunity to change our life plan and what we want to achieve.
We always have free will and we can and do change our life plan frequently, by doing this we activate alternate lives and parallel universes and our whole perspective changes.
Then we follow that path until we achieve our goals or once again change what we want to see and do. Either way, we continually make decisions that affect our future or an afterlife.

The memories belong to your spirit, to your higher or higher self. The spirit has access to all those memories whenever it wants.
