Lucid dreaming can be a very fun experience! Try this technique!

Lucid dreaming can be a very pleasant experience. You can do whatever you want in a lucid dream. You can fly through space, you can swim to the bottom of the sea, and you can fulfill your greatest fantasies that you would never otherwise have the opportunity to fulfill. The entire Universe is yours in the realm of dreams.

For those who don’t know, lucid dreams are extremely vivid dreams in which the dreamer consciously knows that they are dreaming. If you’ve ever been in the middle of a dream and then realized, “Hey! I’m dreaming!” then you were in the beginning stages of lucid dreaming. With enough practice, you can cause a lucid dream to happen frequently. You can successfully and consciously take CONTROL of your sleep and do whatever you want!

Here are some fun things to do once you take control of your dream world:

o Create your own landscape.

o Fulfill your sexual fantasies (hey! lucid dreams DO feel almost real!).

o Fly through space and “visit” other planets.

o You can try to start a conversation with someone who has died, as well as with any type of spirit.

o You can fly around the world and “visit” other cities or countries.

o You could try time travel to the past or the future. Seriously, some lucid dreamers like to do this!

o You can passively continue with whatever you are currently dreaming once you realize you are dreaming. If something happens during sleep that you don’t like, go back and change it!

Many lucid dreamers do just that. We don’t always prefer to create our own dream world, but sometimes we just passively continue to realize that no matter what, “it’s just a dream.”

So how can you have a lucid dream? Anyone can learn to lucid dream! Some of us do it naturally, and have done it since childhood. With some it can take practice. Personally, I have found that I am more likely to lucid dream at night when my sleep schedule is “off.” For example, if I go to bed five nights in a row at the exact same time, and then go a couple of days without that schedule altogether, I’ll find myself lucid dreaming. Another thing I’ve noticed is that it usually happens when I sleep on my back.

Here are the steps I recommend you try if you want to lucid dream:

1. Establish a straight sleep pattern and then, on the fifth or sixth night, go to bed a few hours earlier or sleep a few hours later.

2. Try to sleep in a different place on the fifth or sixth night, like the couch.

3. Lie on your back.

4. As you fall asleep, try to imagine what you would like to dream about. Try to include as much detail as possible with your visualizations.

5. Shortly after falling asleep, if you start to hear a “buzz” and your body feels like it’s shaking, then it’s time! He doesn’t panic if he feels “paralyzed”. Lie on your back and visualize yourself flying through space. I have found that it is a great way to achieve lucid dreaming. Try to *feel* yourself flying through space and try to visualize the millions of stars passing by as you fly through them! Try to stay in this state and then go from there.

6. If you wake up, stay on your back anyway and keep trying. do not give up

7. If you wake up and it’s morning and you didn’t have a lucid dream, just go to bed and try again! Lucid dreams usually appear shortly after going to bed, or later when it is time to get up. I have had lucid dreams during both phases of my dream.

The most important thing when it comes to lucid dreaming is to try! TO TRY! TO TRY! TO TRY! Keep trying and don’t give up.
